2. Cookies on the public myFilerQ website
The public website at myfilerq.co.uk does not currently set first-party cookies and does not use local storage or session storage to track visitors.
We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, marketing pixels or behavioural tracking technologies on the public website.
3. External resources
The public website uses external resources, including Google Fonts and Tailwind CSS, to provide fonts and styling. These services are not currently used by myFilerQ for advertising or visitor analytics.
When a website loads a resource from a third-party provider, technical information such as an IP address may be transmitted as part of the request. We therefore do not describe third-party resources as privacy-neutral merely because they do not set cookies.
4. myFilerQ applications
The public website links to separate myFilerQ software applications, including:
- Personal Tax at tax.myfilerq.co.uk;
- Making Tax Digital at mtd.myfilerq.co.uk;
- Bookkeeping & VAT at books.myfilerq.co.uk; and
- Company Accounts at accounts.myfilerq.co.uk.
These applications may use cookies that are necessary for functions such as authentication, security, session management and maintaining a user's logged-in session. The cookies used by an application may therefore differ from those used by the public website.

Because the public myFilerQ website does not currently use non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies, we do not currently display a cookie consent banner on that website.
